Custom Made Transducers

Series of custom made transducers developed by the laboratory for individual customer tasks. The development of each transducer takes into account the acoustic and geometric features of the monitored objects. The use of custom made transducers (and measuring equipment) makes it possible to significantly expand the range of tasks to be solved.
 

DELI-01
  The laser pulse energy detector is used to measure laser energy over a wide range of durations and laser pulse energies. It is used to measure the energies of nano-, pico- and femtosecond laser pulses.
     

PLU-100P-01
  High-frequency transducer with a frequency band from 0.1 kHz to 100 MHz. Transducer can be used for defectoscopy of coatings, grains in metals.
     

PLU-10T-01
  The transducer is used for local measurement of the speed of surface acoustic waves in metals (Rayleigh waves) and also for measuring residual stresses in metals by measuring the velocity of surface ultrasonic waves with one-sided access to the monitoring object.
     

PLU-12U-02
  A small size transducer for controlling complex surfaces with limited dimensions, objects with a limited access field. The diameter of the contact surface of the transducer is from 0.5 mm to 6 mm.
     

PLU-6P-03
  The transducer with increased backing length (analogue PLU-6P-02) to provide a extended time window and diagnostics of objects with a complex internal structure. Transducer used to control media with high attenuation and scattering of ultrasonic waves (for example, composite materials).
     

PLU-1P-01
  Low-frequency transducer with a frequency band from 0.1 kHz to 2 MHz. Transducer used to control media with high attenuation and scattering of ultrasonic waves (for example, composite materials).
     

PLU-U-01
  Confocal transducer (focus can be located both on the surface and inside the investigated object at a depth up to 10 mm). Transducer used to control thin layers (up to 3 mm) and adhesion between them (for example, soldering ribs).

  Two-axis cardan-joint for positioning the standard transducer PLU-6P-01 normally to a flat surface.
     

PLU-6P-01 k2
  Two-axis hold-down cardan-joint for positioning the standard transducer PLU-6P-01 normally to a flat surface with permanent pressure of the transducer to the investigated object.
     

PLU-6F-01
  Focused transducer (PLU-6P-01 with acoustic lens). Transducer used for immersion measurements and profilometry.
     

PLU-6N-02 v
  Transducer with pitch-catch configuration (inclined input of an acoustic waves, analogue PLU-PN-02) for measuring the quality of the butt weld on cylindrical objects of complex shape with a limited access field.
     

PLU-6N-02 G2
  Transducer with pitch-catch configuration (inclined input of an acoustic waves, analogue PLU-6N-02) with extended base length for monitoring joints in plastic samples.
     

PLU-6N2-02
  Two-channel thermocompensated transducer (tandem) with pitch-catch configuration (inclined input of an acoustic waves) for monitoring the stressed states of the investigated objects.
